Michael Cizmar is the founder and CEO of MC+A, a consultancy that focuses on commercial cognitive and analytics implementation services. He has over 20 years of technology consulting experience with the last 15 years focusing on enterprise search. Michael was asked by Google to be its first partner for the Google Search Appliance.

Additionally, Michael has worked on over 200 search implementations with such technologies as: Google Search Appliance, Fast Search and Transfer, SharePoint Search, Elastic, Solr, Coveo, Lucidworks and Attivio.

Michael is an active voice in the community. He’s been asked by Google to share his experience and best practices to their engineers and their partners and regularly conducts webinars and authors blog posts on the subject of enterprise search. He led the team at MC+A which won the 2014 Innovation Aware in Search Americas from Google Cloud. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Bradley University.
