Jim Wickham currently manages the search and discovery features of the Microsoft Services Knowledge Management platform called Campus. Jim has been at Microsoft for 20 years working in a number of roles covering almost everything from Technical Writer to his current role as an Architect. His last 4 years have been part of the Campus team with a more recent focus on finding ways to improve the search experience.
