Firaz Akmal is a Senior Product Manager at Amazon Web Services. Firaz has been with AWS for 5 years, helping customer migrate, modernize, and unlock data insights across a variety industries including healthcare, financial services, and energy. Prior to working at AWS, Firaz worked in tech and financial service and holds an MBA degree. At AWS, Firaz focuses on Amazon Kendra, a machine learning powered Search service that helps users find answers faster.  When not helping customer, Firaz enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters outdoors exploring the mountains and lakes of the Pacific Northwest.
